- (December 5, 1942, Beaconsfield, England, UK-November 20, 1993, Paris, France)He made his secondary studies in France before returning in 1960 to England, where he worked as a stage electrician and assistant to Roger Blin, who directed the London production of Jean Genet's The Blacks. Having settled in Paris in 1962, he earned his living as translator and writer for a press agency.
