Favre, Bernard

(June 7, 1945, Enghien-les-Bains, Val-d'Oise, France - )

   Born of a long line of blacksmiths, he filmed two shorts for the Musée des Arts et Traditions popu­laires. A projectionist, he frequented the French Cin­ematheque before learning editing. He directed his first feature film in 1983.
