- (July 16, 1952, Algiers, Algeria-)He co-founded in 1976 the popular movie magazine Première, for which he worked as chief editor until 1987, then he gave up his job to create Studio Magazine. In 1989, he directed his first short. In 1993, he left Studio Magazine to direct two short video films on director Bertrand Blier (Terre de Travail, 1995) and singer Julien Clerc (Au Bout du Monde, 1997).
