Dercourt, Denis

(October I, 1964, Paris, France - )

   Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a dilpoma from Sciences Po (Paris), he was a pro­fessional musician playing as a soloist and with chamber orchestras at Pleyel and Carnegie Hall. He directed Super-8 shorts before filming a video movie (Brahms est mort). He co-founded a production company, Les Films du Dollar, with his brother Tom Dercourt.
