- (June 19, 1956, Algeria-)He arrived in France at age six and settled in Paris in 1979 intending to become an actor. From 1984 to 1986, he was an assistant director or a freelance production manager on video clips, commercials, and feature films (1986 Mauvais Sang, Leos Carax). In 1990, he founded a production company, Route 66, and produced shorts and commercials.
