- (1943, France - )A film critic at Cahiers du Cinéma from 1976, he directed his first short in 1980 and appeared in several films (1984 Cinématon, documentary, short, as himself, Gérard Courant; 1993 Le Grand Bonheur, Hervé Le Roux; 2003 Abbas Kiarostami: The Art of Living, documentary, as himself, Fergus Daly, Ireland).
