Nuer, Noah

   Canadian born, he arrived in France at age three. After completing his studies in a business school, he attended cinema courses at New York University. He began directing movies in 1995. He was also seen as an actor in a short (1999 Malfrats, also first assistant, Guillaume Moreels).
