Huster, Francis
(December 8, 1947, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France - )
   He attended François Florent, Robert Manuel, Teddy Bilis, Jean Meyer, and René Dupuy's acting courses before enrolling in the Conservatoire National d'Art Dramatique, where he was Antoine Vitez and René Simon's pupil. From 1971 to 1991, he was a teacher at the Florent School. He spent ten years at the Comédie Française and played the greatest clas­sic roles (Hamlet, Richard III, Britannicus, Rodrigue, Lorenzaccio, Don Juan). From 1970 (La Faute de l'Abbé Mouret / UK: The Sin of Father Mouret / USA: The De­mise of Father Mouret, Georges Franju) to 2008 (Un Homme et son Chien), he played supporting and lead­ing roles in about sixty films.
